From the POS, orders sync to specialized Kitchen Display Systems (KDS) at prep stations. Dishes are routed by type—beverages to the bar, entrees to the grill—ensuring kitchen coordination. Tickets track preparation SLA times to avoid bottlenecks.

At the register, the split-billing engine handles payment scenarios with ease. Guests can split checks by seats, items, or custom percentages, printing receipts via connected thermal printers. Card payment terminals sync with checkout balances to eliminate manual billing entries.

Additionally, MochaEase supports secondary Customer-Facing Displays (CFD). The checkout system automatically projects line items, taxes, discounts, and real-time payment QR codes onto customer screens, allowing guests to verify orders and complete contactless checkouts seamlessly.
