India's SMB retail and F&B sector is rapidly digitizing. As a Sales Manager at MochaEase, you will lead the charge in bringing modern, AI-powered POS and automation tools to thousands of independent businesses across India.
The Challenge
Drive new business by acquiring cafes, restaurants, salons, and retail outlets.
Build partnerships with local distributors, POS hardware vendors, and business consultants.
Educate traditional businesses transitioning from manual billing or legacy POS systems.
Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing multi-outlet deals.
What you bring
3+ years experience in SaaS, POS, fintech, or retail technology sales.
Strong network among restaurant owners, retailers, or hospitality businesses.
Experience managing high-volume SMB sales pipelines.
Self-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
